When you buy something from ThreadDrop, you won’t return it — because our quality won’t let you.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In its original condition
• Unworn or unused
• With tags still attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email us at contact.threaddrop@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we’ll provide:
   • A return shipping label
   • Step-by-step instructions for returning your item
3. Do not send items back without prior approval — they will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective
• The item is damaged
• You received the wrong item

Exchanges

If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order and initiating a return for the original item. This ensures faster processing and availability.
